When you purchase a digital download product, details of your purchase are emailed to you. Sometimes customers will emails back to say that they never got the registration information. It is our experience that most of this is the result of customer's spam filters filling or blocking emails from the store. Please check your spam filters or folders for emails from orders@macgamestore.com.

Please note that you can also retrieve your digital download right from the Macgamestore.com web site. Here's how to do it.

1) Go to the Macgamestore.com home page.

2) Click on Account (top of the page, right side)

3) If are not logged in, log in. Then go to where it says "Digital Downloads". Click on "List".

4) Here you will find the serial number for your game (if any). For more information, click on "List" next to the digital download to get the download link, embedded serial numbers, etc.
