Game Demo Says Time Up Before Tried

I've just downloaded a game demo from the newly released section, and I've never downloaded it before, but for some reason it says all my allowed time is used up, what could be the problem?

I originally bought Dream Chronicals Book of Air CE 6 months ago and have played it thru.

It seemed a little short but I really like the whole series. I went to play it recently and it played for an hour - then said TIME'S UP!!! I attempted to get to my account to get the serial# and couldn't sign in -> couldn't get to the many games I have already purchased from Mac Games. What happened to my info??? I re-signed in and your records show that I had a previous account. I would like to get this sorted out. I should't have to pay TWICE for a game I've already purchased. I have the same problem with downloading trial says times up Boo.      Also having trouble with trials failing to launch and now downloading at all.......This site has become very unstable..........B
