hi i have the same problem i order spore and it took 6 days and still it dident come

I have also done this only it has been more like 10 days... Where can I follow this up?

I ordered Civilization V the 4th of december. paid 12$ of shipping fees, and i still have nothing. Is there any track record to follow the order ?

I have the same problem execpt its been 4 weeks now.  There is nothing on this site that helps with tracking orders or finding out any information about shipping.  This is very slack in my opinion for such a big and important site (bigest on the planet.).  I have also contacted the only email there is but have not received any reply. 

It seems a lot of folks are havin the same problem.  This site dont even have a proper costumer support goin on.  Am havin the same problem as these guys, it would really helpful if the support center gave us a way to track the delivery.  Ma order has been put on hold for almost a week now.  Please, let us know how we track the delivery or at least get back to us with proper delivery dates.

These people need some competition.  Customer support?  They don't know the meaning of the word!  Just interested in pocketing your money.  We have been trying to buy Scrabble digital edition - have paid via paypal but still having problems getting the game!

okay then its clear that this site is totally sux, because they arent sending our order...

I am having the same problem..... 25 days and not a peep. Will have to call the credit card company and see if I can get satisfaction.
