Question: I'm trying to update my Halo (FR V 1.0.4.1) but, when I type my CD key (which is valid) your site says my key is not valid.

Answer: Unfortunately only the US version of Halo can be updated to the Universal binary version. This is a rule MacSoft has set and we are not allowed to change it. You may want to contact the publisher on how to upgrade your French version of Halo to the Universal Binary version.

If you enter your Halo serial number and the system does not accept it, we're sorry, but there is absolutely nothing we can do to help. Again, these are rules set by the publisher.
