Digital Downloads

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may request in-store credit of your digital download purchase within 7 days of your purchase. Refunds on digital downloads are not accepted.

Exception: Absolutely NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS will be accepted for any Electronic Arts (EA) digital downloads.
