We would recommend that you:

1) Go to “My games” on Mac Games Arcade (click on your email address in the top right corner of the app)

2) If there are any games that say download failure, click on the “remove” icon

3) Then click on your e-mail address on the top right corner to view your account and then install your games once again, one by one.
